A front door that will not lock means the business cannot close for the night. Prestine Glass Solutions takes emergency calls for commercial doors across Washington DC, Virginia and Maryland, any hour of the day. Call 571-621-0898 and tell us what happened.
Emergency work happens in two steps. First the opening is made safe and secure, which can mean adjusting or temporarily fixing the door, or boarding the opening if the glass is gone. Then the permanent repair is measured, ordered and installed. We tell you on the call which of those we can do for your address and when.
Failed closer, dropped door, misaligned lock or damaged strike.
Bent frames, damaged locks and broken door glass after a forced entry.
The opening is boarded or secured, then the glass is measured for replacement.
We ask for the address, what is wrong with the door and whether the building can be locked. Photos help a lot if you can take them safely. From there we agree the first step: an emergency visit to secure the door, or a scheduled repair if the building is already secure.

Once the door is secure, we look at the permanent fix. A forced door may only need a new lock area and an adjustment, or it may need a new frame, door or glass that has to be made to size. You get the scope in writing so you can pass it to your landlord or insurer if needed.
